Common questions

How do I log a boulder?
Open the boulder from the map or list and tap Top (you sent it) or Flash (first try, no falls).

How do leagues work?
Each grading color is a league. A flash earns more points than a top, and harder colors earn more than easier ones. Rankings only count problems currently on the walls.

How do I report inappropriate content or block someone?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any video or comment, or the menu on a profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking hides all of that person's content instantly.

How do I delete my account?
Settings > Delete my account. It is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, ascents, comments and videos.

How do I get my data out?
Settings > Download my data exports your profile, ascents and comments.
